Rithu
Im having a refublishment done on a property. The property has 2 satellite dishes and cable through out the property. Not sure how old these are. The new tenants may or may not use Sky. Just want to know what I should do with this. If new tenants move will they need to use these or will a new installation be done when they move in ??

Re: Rithu
Certainly with a Sky dish the ownership transfers to the householder when put up. Sky won't remove it if that's what you're hoping for.
I presume you're going to be renting the property out. If the tenants want Sky Q, then Sky will utilise a Sky dish if it's still serviceable otherwise they'll install a new one.

Re: Rithu
Satellite TV is dying. Sky Q is slowly being phased out. If you're refurbishing a property then you'd be better off removing any dishes and cabling and instead making sure that there are good broadband network connections available in most rooms as this is how most TV services will be delivered in the future.

Re: Rithu
Sky Q is still available to order (but the customer has to call Sky, it can't be ordered online). Sky Q should continue to operate until the end of the decade.
