Adding a new computer to sky go

I have changed my Apple laptop, and the Sky Go app installed during transfer cannot locate my Sky Q

Hi @Alma19   I would try removing your old device Product Settings | Sky.com and remove and reinstall a fresh copy of Sky Go Sky Go Installer | Sky.com

Thanks for the info, tried but got a message from Sky headed 

Not compatible with this device. See full list of compatible devices.

I think the problem relates to the software version on my Mac, it is Sequoia, and the Sky app seems not to accommodate this.
