SKY Go not letting download

Not at home, just keep getting this error message? When I go to that link it doesn't show anything about setting up a device pin. 

"Sorry, something went wrong

 

It looks like you haven't set up a device pin for sky go. Please visit sky.com/devicepin and log in to your sky account"

If the Sky Go app is not connected to a Sky Q box then the pin for it can be reset here:
