Accessing Sky Go on Playstation

I have added Whole Home to my Sky Glass package and I am trying to access Sky Go on my PlayStation5 but it keeps telling me I need Whole Home to access this service even though I already have it. Any advice?

@Isobel88 

You actually need Sky Go Extra which is free as a whole home customer so you will need to speak to Sky to gbet it added.
