Hi all. Please can you help me
i have sky Q, with a main box and two mini boxes. I have sky fibre broadband but use a Deco S7 mesh system for my home. The main sky q box and both mini boxes are hardwired into a node of the deco mesh system with the sky Wi-Fi switched off
on the router, main box and mini boxes.
mostly it works fine - but I'm unable to access recordings on sky Go throughout most of the house - with the app saying "unable to find sky box" other than if I am in the shed at the end of my garden where I have one of the two mini boxes. Then I am able to access the recordings and use a phone as a remote. I can understand that the deco system may not allow the functionality. But it seems odd that I can access to the service in one part of the house and not another.
anyone out there have any ideas what could be causing this?
