Hi. I am conintually getting a 91-1 error when trying to download to my iPad app. I have Sky extra and have tried signing out/back in and deleting/reinstalling app. I do not have the same problem with the Sky go app on my iPhone. Has anyone had a proper resolution to what seems to be an ongoing problem. Thanks

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
