Sky Go Connecting your application.

Hi,
Recently reinstalled SkyGo onto my PC (running Windows 11). I downloaded SkyGo app via the internet o n the same PC, i am also posting this message via the PC. So i know the interent is working and im connected to it. Since installing SkyGo, I open the app and this is the only screen I have.
It says
"CONNECTING YOUR APPLICATION - We are having problems connecting the application. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet and try again."
I have tried:
- Restarting the PC, more than one. With the internet connected and dissconnect, the reconnecting once rebooted.
- Uninstalling the app and deleting residue folders, if any.
- Restarting my rooter.
- I have tried SkyGo on Ipad and it works.
- Tried sky customer support who went through all this, said backroom staff would contact me with 48hours that was last week.
Any and all help would be welcome.
