Hi,
I always watch my recordings on my sky go app without a problem. Now all of a sudden when I click on a programme it just 'whirs' for ages and then eventually says programme is unavailable?! Which it isn't!!
I did the usual, turned phone off and on, checked for update on app, signed in and out, deleted app and re installed etc but still the same.
Can watch catch up on it fine, recordings all show up, definitely connected to box etc. Wifi is fine, no other issues in house etc so can't understand why suddenly just stopped playing? Can anyone help or have I missed something simple here?! Thanks in advance. X x

Yes I have tried that! Done all the obvious things I can think of! Might have to ring sky. 😔

We're having the same isssue and have done all we can...interested to hear if anyone has managed to fix it
