Yes: that's come up a few times. Unfortunately Sky Go servers sometimes seem to be unable to differentiate between UK subscriptions with seriously reduced post-Brexit functionality and those at addresses in RoI for which the EU 'cross-border portability of online content services' regulation should still apply.
