tv inferer doesnt work properly

i bought my glass sky tv less than a year ago , it freezes , turns channel over on its own ,doesnt display proggrame on currintly playing box ,the fast forward and back bar displays on its own and now im getting booted out my apps  , also the pixals are very bad , ive spoke to sky staff all they say say is unplug tv for few minutes and put back on or or reset or factory reset ive done all this and tv still the same problems if i knew i was going to have all this hassle with sky glass tv i would have stayed with my old tv and sky box
