sky glss remote not working.

My sky glass tv is connected to power but my remote is not turning the tv on.  I f it needs me to replace the batteries, I can't see how to get the back off for replacement.  Can anyone help please?

thenback of the remote slides off. Try placing the remote between the palms of your hands and gently push opposite direction. Some people have used rubber gloves while doing this for more grip. The first time removing the cover  is always the stiffest
