sky glass

When watching our new Sky Glass a programme came up asking for a pin, when we put in our old sky number it said wrong pin, I have no idea what to do now.

Your pin doesn't carry over from Sky Q if that is what you mean. It is usually the last 4 digets of your phone number. If the pin was working and has suddenly stopped, try a reboot in the first instance (power off at mains) and if that doesn't work follow the guidelines here:

Hi @Ce19 yes this can easily be done by going into Settings and selecting the Pin & Parental option.

Try using the last four digits of the mobile phone number that you have connected to your account.
