restarting the TV and my router

Hello,

 

I've recently started experiencing issues with my Sky Glass TV — live channels sometimes freeze or buffer unexpectedly, even though my internet connection seems stable . I've tried restarting the TV and my router, but the issue still happens intermittently.

 

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a fix or a setting I might have missed?

Can you run a speed test in the native Netflix app in the settings section ..... it's called network check
