Hi could someone please tell me a phonre number to contact sky to reissue my sky. Thanks

You can dial 150 from a sky landline or mobile or use the number here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help
Not sure what you mean by reissue? If it's rejoin then the number there can help, however if you mean your services have been suspended generally sky won't deal with you until account has been brought up to date. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/missed-payments-sky-glass#:~:text=Your%20services%20will%20stay%20....
