no sky tv

for some reason the sky has stopped showing . i have all othe tv channels bbc, itv etc but no sky. the message on the screen says "the content you have selected cannot be played on this device" it was working fine earlier but i cant get no channels or movies ?

Have you powered off at the mains?  If not do that it generally clears error messages.
