buggered!

My Sky Glass TV has some difficulty. When switching on, I get the program listing, but when I select a channel, I get "Wait while your program loads" and then nothing. When I finally get it working, the picture disappears. Internet is working, as is the wifi. The light on the front of the TV is out.
