How do i cancel ad skipping please

@ladyofc  Sky+ where you have posted does not have ad skipping, do you have SKy Glass or Sky STream as those do.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can remove the ad skipping pack via your My Sky account.

 

Note it doesn't stip immediately, it will be active until the end of the current billing cycle. When cancelled the status of the ad-skipping will show you what date it is active til.

Thanks had to ring them, couldn't do anything via the app, just said contact us
