Wrong charges
Hi,
You have sold me sky glass with add ons for one price, but the bill is a lot more.
Can you explain why this is? Has there been an error or has it been miss sold?
Thanks

Re: Wrong charges
Hi @AC76 and welcome to the forum. As advised by @peter-marlow+1966 you need to call Sky for an explanation.
Before doing so have a look at your billing as it gives a detailed breakdown showing what you are paying for, the price per item and any discounts. You can find this by using the voice command on your remote and saying MySky. When that opens you will see Sky Bills which you need to open and enter your PIN. Your current, last and future bills are shown

If you are a new customer and its for first bill, then it will typically be higher as the first bill is likely to be for longer than a month, this is because services are paid for a month in advance. Your itemised bill will show a breakdown of the charges and will also show the billing period.
