WiFi

Hi my sky glass tv isn't working. The router has a white light and won't connect. I've tried turning off & on a few times but still saying no connection to router and no connection to internet

Hi @Michelle260183 and welcome to the forum.  When I have had a similar problem in the past I found the following usually got me connected to the internet again.

 

Put your Glass into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the network & internet
