WiFi connection

So my sky glass says that's it's connected to my broadband router but is having issues connecting to the WiFi. All other devices in my home are connected to the same WiFi and there are no issues. I've trouble shooted my TV, followed all steps. Turned my tv on when I got home from work and again it said no Internet connection; it's allowing me to watch my sky films and regular TV but when I try to watch Disney Netflix et cetera it says it can't because of the Internet connection what should I do?

@Georgia022210 have you tried rebooting your Glass?

The other workaround which works for some, is to press the Home button on the remote, instead of the standby button when you want to turn the TV on

Re: WiFi connection

This issue occurs every day, most frequently in the morning, though it can also happen if the device is powered off during the day. The only way to resolve it is to restart the device through the settings, which I am having to do multiple times each day (and can take a long time)

The device (Sky Glass Air) is connected via Ethernet, so the message being displayed does not relate to the actual issue. I have also tested the device using Wi‑Fi only, as well as using both connections for resilience, but the problem persists in all scenarios.

All other devices on the network are functioning without any issues. I am using Sky broadband alongside the standard Sky router.

There does not appear to be any dedicated support channel for this problem on the main Sky website, which makes it difficult to obtain official assistance. As a result, I am currently unable to progress this further without direct support from Sky, and I will need Sky to provide guidance, investigation, or an appropriate escalation route to address the ongoing fault with their product
