Why can’t I access any Sky programmes

I am trying to Watch The War Game & I get the message that there is a fault loading & to try later. Then switched to ITV which stopped working after a minute

Is this happening on Sky Go (where you have posted on here) or something like Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream ?
