Weird startup for Apple TV , gen2 Glass

This is showing up on trying to launch appletv app. Just going for an app refresh and a power cycle see if it improves

 

 

Sky Glass (S-43") , 3 pucks, Sky Broadband Ultrafast (FTTP) 1 Gbps , 3 Sky Max Pods

** Update , after the refresh and power cycle I got a QR code , still with the back end txt. Once I scanned that and logged in it took me to the same screen but with "proper" txt and another QR , scanning that logged in properly. Just sharing in case anyone else hits this issue.
