We need a replacement remote as the back button has stopped working
We require a replacement sky remote for our sky glass

@Chris19832 If the remote is faulty
1) You can order a replacement from Amazon: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote
2) You can order a replacement from Sky under warranty: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
3) Or you can call Sky Customer Service to order a replacement.
In the meantime, if you still have any Sky Q kit, you can pair your Q remote.

Hi @Michaelh4 and welcome to the forum.. Sorry to hear about your remote especially at this time of year when our TVs tend to get a lot of use. If you have a look at the post immediately above yours posted by @GD1 the links are still valid even though the post is nearly 2 years old.
