Volume control stopped working
We have a Sony tv and Sony sound bar. Just upgraded to sky glass and streaming boxes on other tv's. Sky Q boxes now gone. On the Sony TV we have been trying to get surround sound to work but now tv remote volume control isn't working on sky remote. Any ideas how we can get the volume to work. Thanks

Re: Volume control stopped working
Hi @SMC19
Maybe worth letting the community know the model number of the TV and sound bar as someone with the same setup may have had the same issue.
