Voice search is ok for basic navigation and commands but what's frustrating is if you're looking for a particular show and it just doesn't get it.
Examples include "The Pitt" on HBO Max and the "My Mom Jayne" documentary.
The real annoying thing about "My Mom Jayne" was that it was being broadcast live but was nearly finished and we wanted to watch it from the start. First of all the voice search just wouldn't find it. So we used Sky Go to find it but then because we have Glass and not Q there's no way to play it on the TV. It took more than 10 minutes to navigate our way through the interface to locate it and then stream it.
Voice control is helpful but there needs to be a backup option - like on the app so you can use your phones keyboard. The on screen keyboard is so outdated now - having to use the navigation keys on the remote to point and click each letter. Not a great user experience and it seems like something that Sky could make a lot more easy to use.
