Voice control

When I ask the voice to eg find Sky golf, the tip of the screen repeats 'find' and nothing else, and does not find any channel/programne.

Hi @Wokinggolfer 

 

To go to the Sky golf channel. You would be better using "Hello Sky go to" and then either the channel number or channel name.

Hi @Wokinggolfer 

 

@there's a bug at the moment which is being investigated where the voice search returns a "please wait" screen - not sure if that's what you are experiencing. if it is press the home button and try the search again. Normally succeeds on the second go

if not the following has solved an issue for me with voice search 

 

Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)

Switch off at plug

Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.

This is really useful to know. Mine has been doing this recently. May I ask where you found the information that Sky know about the bug?
