I had the same problem and it wasnt until i did this sequence that it corrected itself Use the remote to go into standy- switch off the puck from the mains (unplug) -leave for a few minutes -switch back on the puck from the mains (plug back in ) -leave for a few minutes -use the remote to come out of standby and this worked for me. I had tried all the other solutions re-pair the remote switch puck off on etc but it was only the sequence above that worked good luck
