Upgrade attempts show technical error

I'm attempting to upgrade my account I'm 16 months into a 18 month contract I want to renew but receive the glass tv I go through all the contract etc then at end it says sorry technical error

if you are currently in contract with sky q you will need to call sky to switch to glass / stream
