Hi I need to speak to a member of staff immediately as my sky glass and broadband package has been cancelled for no reason and explanation it's due to be delivered on Saturday 13th of April 2024 please call me asap as I wish to continue as I have paid the £10 upfront cost and have passed your credit check

@Aaron81  No one will or can call you, this is a customer helps customer forum.

If you ordered Glass in a credit loan it's likely you failed the credit check, you will need to call Sky to find out, however they won't be able to tell you why.  There will be a legitimate reason for the cancellation it won;t be unauthorised as you put it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's not unknown for a secondary check to fail even though the order was initially successful.

Note that Sky Glass and Sky Broadband are different things, and broadband by itself is not a credit product: that's just the purchase loan for the television set.  Unfortunately where this isn't accepted then the linked broadband order gets cancelled too.
