UHD issues Sky Sports

Every time we watch live football on Sky Sports UHD (real time) every minute or so the picture freezes momentarily - as if it needs to catch up with itself... does anyone else have this issue and is there a solution?

I'm watching Bournemouth v Liverpool and the sound has gone out of sync again. Has the fault returned?
