Tv not working
Hi
So just switched on my tv and my tv guide not showing my sky glass or puck. This very annoying as I have reset tvs 3/4 times. Also rebooted the internet router and still nothing. Please help

@Megan1236 Try unplugging the TVs & pucks from the mains, then plug back in after a couple of minutes.

Sky glass live tv not available...
No live tv or playlist showing just have access to the apps
Both on my sky glass tv and on my sky puck

I am having the same problem.
Tried all the steps advised and now I have a red light on the puck and software error on the screen

No Tv Guide or Live TV available on Gen 2 - Sky Glass
Switched on my Sky Glass TV last night and there is no TV guide or Live TV available? Have followed all the reset steps and changed my settings but this morning it's still the same? Any ideas or is anyone aware of it being down?
Help please
