My sky glass keeps freezing and glitches, most of the time I can't even turn the tv on! I try on the remote aswell as the button at the side and nothing works, all I can do is leave it for a few hours and it will just randomly start working. Now its doing it in the middle of watching stuff, im in the middle of a movie with my children when the tv has just completely frozen, nothing is working. Sky chat bot suggested its WiFi problems and to go on the tv settings but I cannot as nothing on the tv works neither the buttons on the tv, the only thing I can do is unplug and try again. Is anyone else have this problem and if so how can I fix it?
