Screen flashes black

Hi

ive got a new problem with both my sky stream and puck I wonder if anyone else has seen and hopefully resolved.

i get this intermittent black screen flash up. Just for half a second or so. 

I've tried different hdmi cables. If it happens frequently I restart and it seems to improve. But if usually returns. 

Seems to happen on both the puck and the sky glass. 

Is this likely just another problem with the software and I'll just have to live with it?

I have the exact same problem. Need a replacement unless there is something else I can try other than unplugging for a few seconds and then plugging back in
