Have you tried restarting @Gdm3108 ?

 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. System management
  3. Resets & updates
  4. Restart device

Tried didn't work

When you say it's not recognising your account could you clarify please? Is there a message on the screen that you could share please?

  • So there's no tv guide. I tried watching a sky and it says I need to subscribe. Checked account details and all okay

I think you're probably best getting in touch with Sky as it's an account related thing and we don't have visibility of that.

@Gdm3108  I agree with @Anonymous A call to sky is required, as its asking you to subscribe, having no tv guide is a standard feature of not having a subscription so something is amiss with your account somewhere
