Yayy! Sky have added volume control to the Sky Remote App.

Not sure when that happened. But thank you! 

My puppy has eaten yet another remote. Although voice commands were working this time round. I've now got a fully functional remote replacement.

Don't know what the remotes are made of but my dog is addicted!

I do wish Sky would stop these 'Sky employee' bots from responding automatically to unanswered posts. 

If the bot could read properly it would realise that the OP doesn't need any help.
