Try a reboot in the first instance. Failing this you will need to provide more information such as ISP, broadband speed, what speed is being report led in netflix (Profile pic > get help > connectivity check).
Remember we are fellow customers on the community not sky and know nothing about you unless you tell us.

Same here this morning and absolutely nothing wrong with my Ethernet connections. Whisper it, "it's a Sky OS software issue".
