Unable to sign credit agreement

Hi!

 

Just signed up for sky glass, all went smoothly until signing the credit agreement, I get "Something went wrong, please try again later"

 

I've tried the sky app, Chrome, Firefox, safari and duckduckgo browsers, same on all of them. 

 

I suppose if I can't sign it they won't deliver it!

 

Any ideas please?

You need to use the same email address as the one provided when you ordered. If it's still not working, you will need to call sky as we are fellow customers here on the community.

I finally got it to kind of half work on safari using a macbook, for the first time it brought up the page where you sign, it said again there was a problem, but it's now signed, it's no longer reminding me when I log in.
