Technical fault

Technical fault on screen and tells me to try again later.

this is happening more often now

You will need to provide more information. Is this when trying to watch TV? Access apps etc? Who is your ISP? What speed do you get etc?

Happening with me too when trying to upgarde to Sky glass 2nd Gen, been like it for a week or so now!
