Techinal faults

Reoccuring Technical Faults Im paying for a service that is not producing the goods  ....programnes cutting out ...more so since I upgraded   .A complete joke ...get this sorted

@FazzaLorraine4  Your not contacting Sky Customer services by posting here, no one here can "Get this sorted".

 

Have you checked that the Wifi speed is sufficient to your Glass TV?  Open Netflix on Sky Glass, go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?

 

These issues can mosting be attibuted to poor wifi or insufficient speed

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
