TV sold

Bought my sky glass TV outright... Then gave away the TV... After factory reset, is that tv free of sky, so she can watch free view  ?

If you attach an aerial to the TV you should be able to watch the free to air channels but not via Freeview, you only get a rudimentary FTA programme guide with Sky Glass, not a full Freeview service. 
The TV needs a SkyID in order to access & use the apps.

Yes - you can also attach devices to the hdmi (firestick , console, roku , freely). The recipient could also set up a basic sky subscription which would restore the in built apps and tv guide.
