@DadsArmy68

Sorry but your post isn't very clear as to what device you are having issues with and how this connects to Sky so is this a Sky Broadband issue as you have posted this in the Sky Go forum ?

Re: Can only connect to my Amazon sometimes

When I'm on the sky home page I scroll down to apps and inputs, Im connected to HDMI 3 for my Amazon fire stick, when I try to connect it goes back to the homepage and starts flashing back and forward, it happens maybe 6 or 7 times outta 10

@DadsArmy68  Your post has been moved to the Sky Glass board as this isn't a Sky Go app related issue

Re: Can only connect to my Amazon sometimes

There is currently a known fault with HDMI Connectivity with reports of firestick unable to connect and Apple TV. The workaround as always with Sky Glass is power off and on but I've found that hit n miss too.

I've found if you remove the device from the HDMI socket power off the TV and on replace the devices  to the socket it generally works but be prepared to do that each time you use that hdmi device.

All you need is Sky 😉

Hi @Anonymous

Apologies for the delay. Engineers are still working on the problem.

As soon as we have more information/a fix, we will let everyone know.

Re: TV Screen Glitching (Screen Going On/Off) when using HDMI

Just got 2 Gen 55" sky glass . Straight out of the box I've had problems with the HDMI ports have to keep switching TV off and back on . Really getting fed up with it and still nothing from Sky about a fix for it . Not sure if the TV is fit for purpose

Still happening with my TV daily regardless of what HDMI port selected. The sooner this TV is returned the better.

Yes I have but mum 88 years old had a dreadful fall Sunday and has broken her ankle 🙄. She is in hospital now with an acute chest infection, very unwell. My focus is elsewhere but I have made initial calls.

I'm looking  at a new OLED 65" but need to do some further investigation. My offers via Now are still very good so🤞🏻

I've already started viewing via Apple again but there is this hdmi problem with Glass so.need to get the oled really.

@Anonymous So sorry to hear of your mum's fall and chest infection .and hope she recovers quickly.

I tend to use my ATV when I want to see if a programme on an App is worth watching.  All too often if I watch through Stream I then can't remove it from my Continue Watching rail without a lot of messing about if I decide I don't want to continue watching (you know my views on the CW rail).

Good luck with everything 🤞
