I've been trying to to live chat/ message sky for last 90 minutes- can't get past virtual assistant! Any advice? Thanks

Your best bet is probably to phone them. 

Alternatively if it's not billing or account related maybe this community can help?

Hi @Lyns12-  To get past the virtual assistant/chatbot simply stay silent when it asks questions and after a while you will put through to a member of the customer services team.
