Subscriptions

My 24 month contract ended spoke to someone from sky got offered a new deal very happy with but they wanted 20 upfront and to key pad my bank details in over the phone, I hung up I suspect it was fraud as ive been with sky for 10 years and never had to make a payment for new subscriptions Anyone had similar experiences

I'm fairly sure that usually, they will ask if you want any upfront payments to be charged to the current payment method they have on file for you, and if you say no, then you would have to enter new payment details via your phone keypad.
