Software update

Stuck on software update have been for about 20

mins now, any advice

Hi @Chanchan1 and welcome to the forum.  I am assuming the software update is getting stuck during initial setup which is quite a common issue.  The following link explains what to do when this occurs:

So I did this I'm now stuck on how I reset the intern to do it through the cable, the kids finish school soon just wanted it done and set up

Hi @Chanchan1  I'm not exacly clear as to what you are now asking but if you have a look at the bottom of this forum page and click on the YouTube icon there are a number of help videos.  In addition to this the following LINK is a pretty good unboxing and setup video.
