Skyglass LEDs are failing
What can sky offer I have 18 month of contract left and really don't want to buy another skyglass TV, worst TV I have had, since the TVs of the 1970. I don't want to be paying extra.

Re: Skyglass LEDs are failing
If your tv is under 2 years old you are in warranty so speak directly with Sky, over 2 years then it's a sad situation.
Samsung have some great deals on their website and buying direct is interest free plus 4 year warranty.

Re: Skyglass LEDs are failing
Due to your failed and defective hardware, Sky should release you from your Cinema 'contract' penalty free - as long as you specifically state that is the reason. You could of course state the several other software quirks and annoyances as the reason for leaving.
Please remember though, if you're still making repayments for the Glass TV itself, these still need to be paid as essentially the finance was a personal loan with all of the conditions that go with it.
