Sky tv technical fault

Every channel on sky tv shows on the shy guide but when selected comes up a technical fault try later

@Neil242  You've posted on the Sky Go board which is a PC/Mobile app.

 

You mention TV which platform is it?  Sky Q or Sky Stream as this doesn't sounfd like an app relared issue

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The fault is on sky glass and the puck on the other tv .
