Why won't the interactive buttons work in sky sports + with my sky glass

@Aktaylor Do you have a full sky sports subscription as this now a prerequisite to receiving interactive content

if yes what error message are you receiving when trying to access it

I believe I have full sky sports unless you need ultra HD

can you watch all of the following channels

sky sports main event

Sky sports premier league

sky sports football

sky sports cricket

sky sports golf

sky sports f1

sky sports action

if you can you have the full subscription

How do I get the option of the red button option to choose which sport to watch

@Aktaylor When there is extra content available press the button with the four coloured dots on your remote
