Sky glass

Hi I have sky glass.. it's got 5 months left on the contract.. I want to get the 65 inch screen sky gen as a surprise for my disabled son.. his going through a bad time at the moment.. with loosing his brother who passed away.. now having tests for cancer.. are u willing to write off the last 5 months of £95 what I owe.. il take on new 4 years contract for the sky gen 65 inch TV in blue .. if u can't do this.. il keep my one I have and wait til end January 2027 .. and leave sky .. buy my own big TV and take my broadband else where .. in mot bothered about signing a new TV contract with you.. as I've seen lots of offers elsewhere.. let me know plz Mrs Nicola cole

You aren't addressing Sky by posting here.

Realistically it's extremely unlikely that their sales systems are flexible enough to be able to facilitate such an arrangement even if an individual call centre person had that degree of autonomy and was inclined to be generous.

Personally I suspect it would get them fired.

I've been with sky over 30 years with my ex husband and on my own now.. as they can't do that for me.. il be cancelling my contract end of January for everything I have off sky .. plz put note on my account to say this .. especially after all the money they have had off me in last 30 years they can shove it now.. I won't be renewing my contract
