Unless you have insurance, your options are:

1. Buy a new Glass TV

2. Buy a new TV from a third party

3. Buy a second hand TV

4. Visit your local libary and loan a book or 500

@HENO1690  Unless you have accidental damage insurance for your TV  you will likely need to purchase a replacement as a damaged screen would likely be uneconomical to repair/replace.

A credit agreement does not insure your TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Sky glass

Buy a new Sky Glass TV or ask Sky for a puck and buy a cheap TV from Argos or a used one grom CEX.

@HENO1690 Note that you will also still need to make the repayments that are outstanding. You owned the TV from the day you got it. The repayments are paying off the loan you took out to buy the TV.

As noted above, your options (to continue being a Sky customer) are to either buy another Sky Glass TV or switch to Sky Stream, where you buy another TV of your choice and get a Sky Stream Puck from Sky to connect to it, giving you the same user experience as the Sky Glass did.
