Did you order the bracket when you ordered the Glass TV? You need to have ordered it at the same time.

@Tracy791  Not us as you're talking to other customers, it will have been AIT who installed the TV.

Did you order a wall bracket at the time as Glass Gen 2 doesn't have one supplied unlike the Gen 1 sets.

No. Sky don't do that. Depending on where you live I believe that some of the delivery partners offer wall mounting at extra cost. 

Personally, I would not recommend a delivery company to install a wall bracket for a heavy TV. 

Do some research and get a builder or a specialist installer to fit a bracket that is suitable. Glass Gen 2 TVs are notoriously heavy and require secure fitting, otherwise they can cause a lot of expensive damage to both your wall and the TV should it fall.
